Artist Comments

"Andreas Canyon Oasis" was started en plein air during my recent visit to Palm Springs for the Palm Desert Plein Air event. I brought it home and finished it in my studio during our Oregon gray, rainy season. It brightened my winter. It will part of the Plein Air Painters of Lane County show:

The show will include 40-50 original paintings made, by as many artists, working live in the field, in an array of mediums.

Though the painting is available, and can be purchased, it is on hold through the show.
